SEO How it works: 

• Step- 1 SEO Questionnaire:  Initially you will fill out a questionnaire so we can understand your requirements.

• Step- 2 Qualify your website:  Once you fill out our questionnaire we will anaylyse your site to determine whether we can effectively rank your site.  We will study your industry and competitors to see if your site would qualify for our  pay-per rank model.  We do not guaranatee that we can offer our services to all websites.  If we do not feel that we can add value and ranking to your site we will decline.  

• Step-3 Proposal:  Once we qualify your site we will send you a detailed proposal with costs.  The pricing will consist of the following: 

  • Monthly cost for achieving and maintainig a keyword/phrase on page 1 ranked within the top 10 in Google( Ranks that fall between 10-20 will be billed at 50% of the first page costs, there are no charges for ranks beyond 20).

  • Monthly cost for achieving and maintainig a keyword/phrase on page 1 ranked within the top 10 in Bing and Yahoo( Ranks that fall between 10-20 will be billed at 50% of the first page costs, there are no charges for ranks beyond 20)

  • A minimun of keywords (usually 15) to be included in the project and a maximum number of keywords

  • A maximum monthly price celiing. ( A monthly cap on costs that we will not bill beyond)  It will help you budget your monthly bills. 

  • Project Duration ( usually 12 months that can be renewed)

  • An advance payment equal to one months maximum monthly price ceiling.  This amount is given as committment from your side to help us begin your project..  This amount is non-refundable.  We will off-set this amount from your first months bill.  

• Step -4 Approval of Proposal from Client:  We will begin project upon approval and payment from client.

• Step- 5 Create a Keyword list:  We will submit a keyword list with your approval. 

• Step- 6 Optimization Report:  We will create a detailed website optimization report

  • Meta Tags Optimization

  • Page Content Optimization

  • HTML Code Optimization

  • Image Optimization

  • Hyperlink Optimization

  • Internal Directory Structure Optimization

  • We will also create new content pages if the website lacks relevant content or guide the client to add more content around targeted keywords.

• Step- 7 Implementation:

  • we will implement the SEO changes to the website pages.

  • Google Analytics code to keep track of the traffic on the website

  • XML Sitemap to help search engines find and crawl the web pages

  • HTML Sitemap to make it again easier for the search engines to find and crawl the pages

  • W3C Validation

  • Robots.txt Optimization

  • Creation of Themed Links/Resource Page

  • Note: to do the implentation phase we would require the FTP and Hosting Control panel details. and for more technical issues like dynamic URL rewriting, database programming etc will need to be handled from the clients side.

    
    
• Step- 8 Post Implementation:  During this phase we may submit a re-optimization report that would need to be implemented to the site.  We may also suggest you enroll in paid listings for important directories and portals.

• Step- 9 Monthly Status Reporting:  In the Post Implementation phase we will begin submitting a Monthly Status Report during the first week of each month.  This report will consist of a keyword Rank Status Report from Google, Bing and Yahoo and a Website Traffic Report

( if you provide us access to your traffic reports or google analytics report)

• Step-10 Monthly Billing:  This bill depends on the ranks we managed to achieve for you in Google, Bing and Yahoo for that month.  We will caluclate the actual cost of the achieved ranks.  The monthly bill will be less or equal to the Maximum Monthly Ceiling Price as given in your proposal
