Creative Design Process and Website Development

In the beginning of a project we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire. Once we r/c this information we will schedule a meeting. This period of time is crucial from both sides and your participation is required to achieve both the design and turn-around-time.

• During our initial meeting we will work on understanding your goals and objectives. 
• Once we have a clear concept we will we will send you a proposal along with a site map that defines the number of designs, pages and functions for your new site (usually within 1-2 business days after our meeting).
  
• Upon approval we will begin our design phase.  In this phase we will clearly define your ideas and ask you to submit your logo, pictures, and color choices, along with the content you would like to have on each defined page. 
  
• Upon receiving this information we will create 2 designs for you to choose from and allow up to 2 revisions on the design chosen.  When the design is approved we will begin to implement each page and receive your feedback for editing.
• After that site is developed and handed over to you we will meet with you to make sure you understand how to use your content management system and correct and edit  the changes required.
